I felt really warm and fussy when I read the cute little leaflet with the declarations of intent that came with shoes, so this company has me on their side. It ticks all the boxes for me. I still use leather because there simply is no good alternative and it’s a fantastic material, especially for problem feet. My feet were literally purring just from the feel of this soft gorgeous material. Really! Not only are you walking on clouds, you’re literally inside one.
The only problem for me is that the style is narrow so I will have to wait for my next foot surgery before I can use them. I would love to see different styles from this company, possibly also with the thought in mind that many people need some orthotic support. We are the ones who are especially appreciative of a comfortable shoe. I personally don’t tolerate plastic parts in my shoes and really hate plastic anyway, so I’m over the moon that there are alternatives.
As for the colour, well I could tell from the pics it isn’t white but cream and I think you should say that. The colour is quite a strong cream but I was surprised just how beautiful and well designed it looked. It doesn’t look cheap! So I will enjoy these shoes eventually.
I also wanted to say I store shoes in boxes so I was pleased with these wooden ones, just a bit annoyed one was chipped.
Brilliant! The most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn, stylish as well. Quick delivery in a beautiful wooden box.
Once their repairable life is over, our compostable shoes break down into organic materials in ordinary composting, but only long after they have served a long and useful life which outstrips most footwear.
100% Natural Rubber Outsole
Our unique natural production process uses hand-poured rubber, which is cured for a week, and creates an alveolar microstructure of tiny networked air bubbles for unrivalled comfort and 100% sustainable trainers.
100% Plastic Free
Our eco shoes and trainers contain zero plastic, from the factory to your door, and including the packaging. We only use planet-friendly materials and natural organic processes which prioritise sustainability.
