Shipping and Returns

As we close down the UK company we will unfortunately not be also to accept returns on the discounted product as we run down the UK stock.
The good news is you are getting a very cheap pair of shoes.

So you want to return your shoes for another size? Or perhaps they just weren't for you.
Perhaps it was the wrong fit, but we hope not, and our shoes are true to size. If you are in-between, we'd say go down a size as they re so flexible.
And don't worry, we are here for you and will accept your return providing it complies with our Terms and Conditions.
We operate a no quibbles free UK return or exchange policy via a prepaid returns label. Ping us an email to returns@waes.co, and we'll email you a prepaid returns label. You can print at home, or your local post office collection point will print it for free.
Pre COVID we would collect it from your door via DPD, but this is not currently possible, but never fear we will return to this method after restrictions lift. We will update this section as things change with COVID 19.
For the EU and the rest of the world, we will provide the return address, and the postage is paid for by you. If you can please use your local provider with a signed for service that has a tracking number and send that tracking number to returns@waes.co
We will let you know once the shoes are back in stock and confirm either a shipment of a replacement or a refund as per your requirement and request.
You have 30 days from delivery.
Your happiness is our only goal, and we want you to buy knowing that we've got your back. We'll double the distance selling regs and give you 30 long days and nights to decide if this is the shoe for you.
What if I'm away on a work trip or off climbing Mount Everest and can't return it in the timeframe?
Well, congratulations on climbing to the top of the world and drop us an email, so we know it'll be late. Any decision to award a refund beyond the allocated period is at the discretion WAES, and we may need a selfie of you on the summit.
I love the shoes, but I just want a different size? Can I exchange it?
Yes, of course, see above. You have 30 days.
How do you return or exchange?
Drop us an email to returns@waes.co with your order number, and we'll take it up from there. We love hearing from customers, and it's an excellent opportunity to have a chat.
How much will this cost me?
Nothing in the UK and I'm afraid yes in the EU or Internationally you will have to pay the return cost for now. We are working on this.
Please don't wear your shoes outside.
We absolutely expect you to try your shoes on with your best gear and to strike a pose of two. But if it's returned in an unsuitable condition, then we reserve the right to withhold a refund/exchange and send it back to you.
Our cost of production is high, hence why we go direct to deliver you value, so we cannot be held responsible for damage when you are posting it back to us, so please make sure it is protected the elements on the way back to us.
Please also don't game the system.
Returns and exchanges are expensive for a little company run by good people so please don't order 10 pairs and return 9 of them. If we do think that this is happening, we reserve the right not to accept future orders. And this would make us sad, so please work with us as a small company trying to do something good.
